Simple things like "I'm so grateful the sun is shining today" or "I'm so grateful to have you and your daddy". Now my older kids throw in random "I'm grateful for's" every now and then. That's when you feel like you're doing a good job teaching them to be grateful.Slackermommyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03865649499682881722noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35396165.post-67326674549664024882007-02-23T06:22:00.000-08:002007-02-23T06:22:00.000-08:00Frannie.I think you are so wise.I have tried recen...Frannie.
I think you are so wise.
I have tried recently to be grateful for just about everything. I have even started doing a whole "one bad thing, two good things" mentality for when I am feeling down and frustrated. It really helps. Somedays are harder then others but it is helping!

I am glad things are going better for you and Mr. Farmer. I have been thinking of you but haven't had a chance to EM you.

Oh and about those starlets... if you are refering to the one I am in my blog... I think there is a lot more then Pregnancy Hormones going on there. I think that exasperated the problem but I think the real issue was a life that one was not properly prepared for and a family that did not support her in the way they should have, just kind of threw her to the wolves, let her go and didn't RAISE the poor girl! Christina Aguliara's Mom has said she spent a lot of time with that poor girl since her parents couldn't make it to some thing or another (she never said it demeaningly or nothing btw, just kind of factual, they were freinds type thing). I think the fact that JT and CA parents were VERY involved in their lives until they were older made a HUGE difference in how they have turned out compared to her! Very sad!T-girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01880195323752995377noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35396165.post-79033416344777349252007-02-22T16:36:00.000-08:002007-02-22T16:36:00.000-08:00You (they) are so right ... Funny, about a week ago the girls and I decided to says prayers throughout the day (instead of just bed time) thanking God for all the we have - it has really made things ... lighter? better? I don't know the right word - except that it is a good thing.Frannie Farmerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09857687216047303208noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35396165.post-79260895999102708562007-02-22T15:45:00.000-08:002007-02-22T15:45:00.000-08:00Weird, we had a gratitude meeting with the place I...Weird, we had a gratitude meeting with the place I volunteer on Tuesdays. It's important to be thankful for what you do have, even if it's things like running water, a roof over your head..whatever it's just good to grateful in order to stay humbleTTQhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09888187290526881563noreply@blogger.com
