• Z-Zodiac Sign? See H & N

There you go, now you have more Frannie info that you ever hoped for ...

So, I will just address yesterdays comment about the *fasting* thing. I know that fasting, in general, isn't good for you. I should have written more on the topic. What I wanted to say was that I would like to do it once a year with purpose. As a sacrifice offering challenge ... well I don't know the right word, other than purpose, knowing that I was giving up something that has a lot of control over me. I wish I could explain it better, but obviously I can't ...

I'll try to come up w/something better tomorrow.

Hey Frannie,

Great list. I have been thinking about doing somethng like that when I am suffering from Blogger's Block. Which lately, with all my life's upset, has been happening with more frequency.

So, shall I glean from your list that you are adopted? Tell me to MYOB if you like, I would not be offended.

Hi FF:

Ok - tag accepted. I will do a post of it in a couple of days.

I get what you are saying about fasting. I think the word you are looking for is cleansing. My bro-in-law says guys with big guts have "shit lockers" because we contain so many yards of intestines with various stages of poop. And guys with big guts just have lots of poop. Not necessarily true (its probably beer!) but I digress: so a cleansing will wipe all the poop out. Ok, that is the last time I will type the word poop.

poop! (what an immature child!)

*poop*

ok, I will go away now.

How did I miss the whole fasting thing? did you tack that on later? LMAO Just ignore me, it is the dietitian in me coming out... although to be honest I wish she would come out all over my fat butt- forget fasting- figure out a way to get my inner dietitian to come out all over me! LOL NOW THAT would be a challenge! ;)

Iris ~ MYOB ... ok,just kidding. Yes. But it is a long drawn out, emotional, story. Aren't they all?
T ~ you bein' you baby. Plus I want to hear all of your dirty secrets .. if there are any more to tell. LOL!
Ffleur ~ that and the fasting, meditating and giving thanks with intention rather than on accident, which is what happened last time. Thanks for taking me up on the challenge :)
Princess ~ Welcome. Glad you stopped by. Yep, those mags get me every time. I have to have extreme will power at the check out stand. It hurts.

I did a fast a couple years ago, but the naivehelga way: tons of water and only raw fruit. There was no way I could go 48 hours without any solid food. I felt GREAT afterwards. A little cleaner, a little lighter. Not something I'd do every week, but good every now and then.
I'm also a HUGE believer in Dr. Schultze's colon cleanse. Amazing. Lots of "cleansing," if you know what I mean!
